We understand that it can be daunting trying something new, and you may not know if it's for you. So before you commit to a membership or class pack - come and try out our free trial class.

For anyone new to CrossFit or less than 3 months experience we offer an 'Intro to CrossFit' class.

The sessions will cover the olympic lifts, gymnastics skills most commonly used in class and how to best modify movements based on your abilities.
